Parish Penance Service on Palm Sunday, April 2, at 1 pm at St. Mary's Cathedral. April 6 - Maundy Thursday: 9 am Morning Prayer; 7 pm Mass of the Lord's Supper; 10 pm Night Prayer. April 7 - Good Friday: 9 am Morning Prayer; 3 pm Liturgy of the Lord's Passion. April 8 - Holy Saturday: 9 am Morning Prayer; 8 pm Easter Vigil. April 9 - Easter Sunday: 8 am Mass at St. Mary's Cathedral; 9:30 am Mass at Notre Dame Church; 11 am Mass at St. Mary's Cathedral.

All are invited for the Renewal of Priestly Commitment and the Consecration of the Sacred Chrism for use in all the churches of the Diocese symbolizing that we are one family in Christ. Thursday, March 30 at 11 am at St. Mary's Cathedral. The Chrism Mass will also be livestreamed.

Bring your favorite soup to share and a place setting to the Knights of Columbus Club House at 721 Hasbrouck Street at 5 pm on Thursday, March 23. The Parish will supply the bread! Come enjoy fellowship and warm food with your Parish Family, and hear a presentation on the Gabriel Project!

ACIES means Army Dressed in Battle of Array in Latin. This demonstrates the Legion mission to unite with the Blessed Virgin to stand against evil. Legionaries are invited to renew their consecration and honor the Queen of Heaven. Prayers, music and hymns in the sanctuary will be followed by refreshments in Bishop Brzana Hall. Anyone who loves our Blessed Mother is invited to tattend!

Stations of the Cross will be prayed each Friday at 7 pm at Saint Mary's Cathedral during Lent. Mass will be offered on Saturday morning at Notre Dame Church at 8 am during Lent. Please pick up Lenten reading at each of the entryways of the Churches.

The imposition of ashes will be offered at all the Masses on Ash Wednesday on February 22nd: 6:45 am at Notre Dame Church 12:00 noon at Saint Mary's Cathedral 5:00 pm at Notre Dame Church The collection on Ash Wednesday goes to support the Church in Eastern and Central Europe.

August 29th we open our doors again! Monday through Friday 1 - 4pm and Saturday 12 - 3pm. The store is closed on holidays and in the case of inclement weather. Please observe current Covid guidelines.

October 6 from 7 - 8pm in Deacon Winter Chapel (on the lower level of the Cathedral) there will be a Holy Hour for Vocations. October 1 at 8 am at Notre Dame Church there will be First Saturday Devotions in response to our Lady's request during her apparitions in Fatima.

In the context of the tragic events unfolding in Ukraine, the Holy Father, Pope Francis will lead an Act of Consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord on March 25th at 5:00 pm. The Holy Father invited each bishop, together with his priests, to join with him. Bishop LaValley will pray in union with Pope Francis during the 12:00pm noon Mass at St. Mary’s Cathedral.  If you are unable join us, use this link to join us in prayer via live stream.

February 16th marks the official Anniversary of the founding of the Diocese of Ogdensburg! The capstone of our rejoicing will be Vespers on August 9th and an Anniversary Mass on August 10, the Feast of St. Lawrence here at Saint Mary's Cathedral. In the meantime we'll keep you posted about other planned events as they occur. This year also marks the 70th Anniversary of the Cathedral and the 50th Anniversary of Camp Guggenheim. We say "Cake and Balloons are in order!"
